Code of Ethics and Basic Values
Preamble:
In our activities, we aim for the highest standards of behaviour, directed by the values we adhere to, which are:1. Sensitivity to client needs

The Code of Ethics binds all employees of the PCC Group, regardless of their position in the firm and form of employment. It serves to shape the organisational culture through promotion of proper attitudes and behaviours among all employees.
1. We act with concern for the client.
2. We protect the Company’s image.
3. We pay particular attention to the safety of our employees and their environment.
4. We care about the Company's property, and we use our time at work for company matters.
5. We do not obtain improper financial or other material benefits from the work we perform.
6. In conflict-of-interest situations, i.e. where the interests of a given individual may collide with the interests of the company, we make sure that we act transparently.
7. We act in accordance with the law, ensuring at the same time that we abide by the company’s internal regulations.
8. We do not tolerate alcohol or drugs in the workplace.
9. We treat our co-workers with respect.
10. We do not accept bullying or sexual harassment.
11. We are aware of the principles of politeness and good behaviour and act in accordance with them.
The aim of the implementation of this Code of Ethics is to positively affect the attitude and behaviour of every single one of us.
Should the abovementioned regulations be infringed upon, this will entail consequences consistent with the type and degree of infringement.
