Duisburg, September 1, 2021. The amendment to the Articles of Association of PCC SE regarding the new governance structure comprising an Executive Board and a Supervisory Board came into effect on August 31, 2021 when it was registered in the Commercial Register. With the reorganization, PCC SE is preparing for the generational change in the Group´s management in the long term and is strengthening the corporate structure of PCC SE as a whole. In addition, the strategic focus on sustainability as a key issue of the future is intensified.
