The objective is to expand our Polyurethane Systems business within the Polyols segment. The sale of PU systems, previously distributed primarily within the Polish market, is to be internationalized. And in order to drive forward this marketing expansion process throughout the German-speaking region and also in the Benelux countries, in 2014 we founded the company PCC Prodex GmbH headquartered in Essen, Germany, where we also took over ownership of a production facility for PU systems. The first half of 2015 saw commencement of production of flexible PU foams at this site.

| Project status: | Production of flexible PU foams began at the Essen site in the first half of 2015. The first test deliveries to the automotive components industry have now been completed. Since the beginning of 2015, Essen has also been a hub for marketing rigid foams made in Poland within the German market. We founded PCC Prodex GmbH (a wholly owned subsidiary of PCC Prodex Sp. z o.o.) in the first quarter of 2014. The company moved into a property owned by PCC SE in Essen. |
