The objective in 2011 of establishing the holding company PCC Consumer Products S.A. headquartered in Warsaw was to strengthen our FMCG segment, Consumer Products, and to initiate a process of expansion which is still ongoing. The group of companies under this umbrella focus in particular on the manufacture of branded consumer goods.

| Project status: | The “PCC Consumer Products” subgroup now includes PCC Consumer Products Kosmet Sp. z o.o. headquartered in Brzeg Dolny, one of Poland’s leading manufacturers of household and industrial cleaners, detergents and cosmetics. Its sites in Belarus are also allocated to the subgroup, as is the Silesian matches factory Fabryka Zapałek “Czechowice” S.A. Further purchases of shareholdings in the FMCG segment are planned. |
