Duisburg, April 9, 2020. At the board meeting of PCC SE on April 2, 2020, the managing directors of PCC SE agreed to waive the bonus payments due to them for 2019. The second management level also agreed to this waiver. In addition, the managing directors of the German start-up companies PCC Specialties GmbH and PolyU GmbH, affected by short-time work, will also voluntarily cut their remuneration for the duration of the short-time work. In this way, the management sends a signal of solidarity with the employees affected by short-time work in the current exceptional circumstances.
