Duisburg/Gdynia (Poland), June 2018. PCC SE, which holds the majority of the shares and voting rights in the Group subsidiary PCC Intermodal S.A., has acquired with effect of 13th June 2018 the shares of the minority shareholder Hupac Ltd., so that PCC SE increased its 84.47% stake in the share capital of PCC Intermodal S.A. to 98.40% and increased its associated voting rights from 89.06% to 98.87% of the total voting rights. All remaining shares are continuously held by the Management Board of PCC Intermodal S.A.
