Duisburg/Brzeg Dolny (Poland), April 3, 2020. In Poland, PCC continues trying to obtain a quick export permit to Germany in order to sell the urgently needed disinfectants there as well. However, on March 31, the Polish government published a decree issued by the Ministry of Health, stating that exports of important hygiene items cannot be approved until at least April 11, 2020. Currently, the products we are manufacturing in Poland at our chemical site in Brzeg Dolny are only sold in Poland, where demand has also increased extremely due to the coronavirus pandemic. Given the exceptional circumstances, last week, PCC put two newly certified disinfectants – “Hysepta Anti-Virus” and “Hysepta Anti-Virus +” – into production.
