Duisburg, April 3, 2020. PCC has implemented comprehensive protective measures for the workforce across the whole group of companies. For example, at our large production site in Brzeg Dolny (Poland), dispensers for hand sanitizer disinfection are installed throughout the factory premises. All employees entering the facility have their body temperature measured at the gates. The number of employees at the factory premises is reduced to a minimum and for employees who need to work in the office, we implement the “1 person per office” rule. The management is working in shifts, in a split home and office based, to limit the number of key persons in direct touch. Every employee is also provided with sufficient disinfectant for home from our production. Shifts and home office regulations have also been introduced at our German locations to protect employees as well as possible.
